Acne vulgaris:
Rx
1.Tab.Azithrocin(500mg) 1+0+0—- (Sunday +Monday +Tuesday) for 3 months.
Or
Cap.Tetrax (500mg) 1+0+1 for 2 months
2.Zit Bar: Daily face wash 2-3 times-apply the soap with water rubbing to to foam and keeping it for 5 minutes and then wash out
3.A-Mycin Lotion: apply over affected acne areas twice daily (morning & night) –continue
Advice:
Do not Pricking over the lesions
Not allowed to use any hair oil or cosmetics, cream ,lotion, sunblock
Vitiligo:
Rx
1.Tab.Bicozin 1+0+1 for 3 months
2.Tacrolim oint (.1%) apply over affected areas twice daily morning & night)
3. Cap. D-rise(40,000iu) 0+0+1 (Friday) for 3 months
Investigation:
TSH, RBS,Vit-D3
Melasma
Rx
1.Melatrin cream -Apply over black spot areas once at night (starting with little)
2.Glomax Bar/White aqua Bar: Daily face wash 2-3 times-
3.Sun Face SPF 50: Day time use ½ hour before going outside
Advices:
Avoid exposure to sun light, cooking heat, computer light,
Avoid oral contraceptive pills
Do not expose to excessive sunlight

Psoriasis:
1.Tab.Azithromycin (500mg)—- 0+0+1 for 10 days
2.DermaTar soap—Daily use during bathing
3.Dyvon plus oint—apply over affected areas once at night—continue
4.Exovate oint.—apply over affected areas once at day time—continue
Seborrhoeic Dermatitis / Folliculitis
1.Tab.Zithrin(500mg) 0+0+1(Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) for 2 months.
2.Cap.Lucan-R(200mg) 0+1+0 (Friday) for 2 months
3.Bioderma Node Ds Shampoo—alternate day use over scalp and wash out after 5 minutes
Scabies (Adult)
1.Tab.Atrizin(10mg) 0+0+1 for 1 month
2.Arotrix cream(30gm)-Apply 1 tube all over the body at 10pm (except head) from neck to foot and wash out after 12 hours during bathing at 10am in the next morning. Repeat another tube after 1 week.
3.Tab. Scabo (6mg) 0+0+2 (Friday) –2 doses –in 2 weeks
Infected Scabies (Adult)
1.Cap.Intrasef (500mg)/Avlosef(500mg) 1+1+1 for 7 days
2.Tab.Atrizin(10mg) 0+0+1 for 1 month
After 3 days
3.Arotrix cream(30gm)-Apply 1 tube all over the body at 10pm (except head) from neck to foot and wash out after 12 hours during bathing at 10am in the next morning. Repeat another tube after 1 week.
4.Tab. Scabo (6mg) 0+0+2 (Friday) –2 doses –in 2 weeks
Scabies:(Child)
1.Syrup Atrizin : 1 tsf once at night for 1 month
2.Cronix Lotion: Apply all over the body at 10pm (except head) from neck to foot and wash out after 12 hours during bathing at 10am in the next morning for consequitive 5 nights. Repeat the same after 1 week.(Total 5 bottles)
Infected Scabies (Child)
1.Susp.Avlosef/Intrasef : 1 tsf 3 times daily for 7 days
2.Syrup Atrizin : 1 tsf once at night for 1 month
3.After 3 days
Cronix Lotion: Apply all over the body at 10pm (except head) from neck to foot and wash out after 12 hours during bathing at 10am in the next morning for consequitive 5 nights. Repeat the same after 1 week.(Total 5 bottles)
Infected Scabies (Pregnant woman)

Candidal Intertrigo
1.Cap.Itracon (100mg) 1+0+1 for 1 month.
2.Oxifun cream : Apply over affected areas twice daily
(morning & night)—continue
Onychomycosis:
Tab.Fluconal (150mg) 0+0+1 (Friday) for 6 months for finger Nails
And Toe nails for 1 years
Vick’s Vapo rub—apply daily at night —continue
Insect bite hypersensitivity:
1.Bactrocin oint.-
apply over affected areas once at day time for 15 days
2.Tacrol oint (.1%)-apply over affected areas once at night for 15 days
